Southwest Kia Rockwall Provides Scholarships for Rockwall Student Athletes

Friday Nights in Texas are synonymous with high school football, and Rockwall High School Jackets are always an exciting team to watch.  Southwest Kia of Rockwall has been a proud supporter of the program for years, and can be seen showing their enthusiasm on the big screen enjoying “Another Jacket Touchdown!”

Rockwall Yellowjackets certainly score a lot of touchdown, and after each one of those touchdowns, the horn would blare, fans would go wild and the Flag Runners would scamper across the field waving J-F-N-D honoring the boys in Orange for their accomplishment on the field. Southwest Kia of Rockwall would pledge $50 for each touchdown scored at Wilkerson-Sanders Stadium which will go to the Jacket Backers Scholarship Fund providing scholarships for deserving Rockwall Student-Athletes.

With offensive weapons of the past like Jaxon Smith, Jacob Clark, Chris Warren, Braedyn Locke and Brennan Ray; the Jackets have always been certain to get into the end zone… a lot!  This upcoming year, Lake Bennett will be under center to continue the success, and Southwest Kia of Rockwall is looking forward to continuing supporting the community of Rockwall with being the official sponsor of the Jacket Backers Touchdown Challenge.

Bryan Hall who is the General Manager of Southwest KIA Rockwall was very excited to take on the Jacket Backers Touchdown Challenge.  “I knew I would be seeing a lot of touchdowns this season because Coach Brooks is one of the best offensive minds in football!  It gives me great pleasure to be able to support Rockwall High School and the community.  It’s very important that companies like Southwest KIA support educational opportunities for our students giving them an opportunity to make the most in life” shares Hall.  “I look forward to doing it again next year!”

Head Coach, Trey Brooks adds, “The support of companies like Southwest KIA in Rockwall means so much to our programs at Rockwall High School.  I’m happy that we were able to create a fun promotion that will end up benefiting deserving seniors this year.”
